Unbelievable! I am still traumatized by the service I just received. As a business it is quite vital to continually update your business details on the website. They are very rude! I am glad I was able to remain calm. Business hours on the website show 8 - 5 Monday to Friday but when I call I am told that they closed at 3 o'clock. I am so disappointed and horrified by the service I received. It would also be great to mention that you must order first and your business is not walk-in. To those that received great service please advise on how you were able to get that service!My story in short..I was searching for places that sell different kind of vinyl printable papers, I came across your site and looked for your location. Went to check your working hours, found that you work Monday - Friday, 8 - 5. I decided to send someone to go to your shop" and get me the papers. Whoever was helping her was very rude. I was given a message that I needed to order first we just don't walk-in and buy. I called you back hoping to place an order this time

First time ordering from them but also last time. Very unfriendly. Made the mistake and did a cash deposit. Got an extremely unfriendly whatsapp from Gerrit stating the bank chargrs the 5% for something and oly eft is acceptable and also that it is 2020 and that is how business is done.
