Pharmacy in a small town. If you need them, they are there!

I have been patronising your pharmacy since it opened and I have never had cause for complaint but after today I refuse to set foot in your pharmacy. My daughter was told by your manager that she will be kicked out on her arse and that she cannot take so long choosing make up because thats how customers steal. The manager then placed a guard next to my daughter to make sure she doesn't steal. All this because my daughter was making sure that her purchases were vegan. If your pharmacy has a policy against this or against the amount of time you allow us to browse in your pharmacy then this should have been made clear. Since you don't this treatment smacks of ISLAMOPHOBIC RACISM and if you can't fix it then you don't deserve my continued patronage!!Thank you to Wouter Nel and his team for handling my problem with integrity and honesty. I appreciate it and can say that they really care about the customer and can't be held responsible for the behaviour of some of their employees.
