Supposedly “fast food”, probably one of the longest waits I’ve experienced. Increase prices but decrease the quality of service. New Year and all but if you want your staff to work, at least make it worth their while so that their quality of service does not lack as much as it currently does. They want a slip for the food, but there is no one available to give a slip, get to the collection window but they have no record of anything. P A T H E T I C

I’m not happy with the orange juice that was served with SA breakfast. The orange is just water and yellow colour. There’s no juicy, if you run out of stock of orange juice tell your customers so that they can have other options. Next time I visit your restaurant and you offer me water I will throw in your face.

Paid for 2 mcfeast deluxes.they said there is no coke,only coffee,apple and orange juice.i took the apple and orange juice.When paying for my meals I see that I had to pay extra for the juices.i asked rhonwin who was the cashier why am i being charged for the juices?was it not supposed to be in the place of the missing cokes which I already paid for and now I have to pay again for juice which wasn't my fault that they did not have coke. He replied that it was separately deducted.and I said that you didn't mention that it was going to be separate.well I did not argue coz he had a smirk expression on his face and I took my slip and went to the order window.when I phoned the customer line no one answered. So disgusted of your poor clientele services

Looks like this branch is making enough money. Customers are turning away as yet again the drive through is not open in the morning and neither can you walk in as the entrance is lock and cordoned off. Terrible terrible experiences lately. Even the rewards app has taken a turn for the worst as you can accumulate points but have no use for them.

Not much impressed of the service. They however take orders at the counter which is a plus, restrooms is super clean and the lobby. But the drive thru is terrible. The person taking the order is chewing gum and getting the orders wrong, at pick up they send you go park where you wait for another 30minutes, and while we waited for our order, people came back because of missing items, than our food came and we also had missing items. I mean is there now manager on duty, no supervisory in the kitchen

Im horribly dissatisfied with this branch. Staff are shouting there goodbyes to each other from one side of the restaurant to the other.When speaking to the staff they make it feel like it is an inconvenience for you to want to order anything as if to say How can you ask me to do what i get paid to do"Honestly shocking. This management needs to get their staff in order and i doubt the owner know whats going on.Kind regardsMr MI Mason"

So I would like to understand why there is no semblance of urgency during a lunch hour and at the end of the month. And when I ask for assistance seeing as I had to wait an hour for a large chips they told me they work in order. Fine but work, don't stand around and chat with your colleagues while customers are waiting for food they paid for. Do better. My mcFlurry was also bad seeing as they had to rush" my order. If you not gonna do it right then don't do it at all."

I ordered deals 29 April 23 at 11h30.I ordered and checked my order before I left and my order wasn't complete. They also did not give my mcflurrys in the serving tray to prevent spillage....and guess what Oreos Mcflurrys will onto my car seat!!!! When I stopped home 10minutre later my food was cold

Honestly disappointed in this order, went through the drive through and when I came home. I found that the burger was just thrown into the box, so badly that parts of it was outside the box. The burger patty and chips were undercooked. Honestly disappointed

I pad for 4x meals.. Only got 3x chips with my meals... Cappuccino was more foam than coffee liquid...Was passing through on Voortrekker and decided to turn right to McDonald's... So couldn't return for that missing chips...That branch won't see me again...
