Shocking customer service. Property was transferred earlier than the contractual stipulated date. Have you ever heard of an attorney registering the property on an incorrect date? Transfer dates are one of the most important parts of the contract and for obvious reasons. I lost money due to having to pay the new owner more occupational rent.John Hendricks, the Managing Director, sends me an arrogant email stating that I should invest the money and will make the money back. I specifically told him and his staff that I was leaving for my wedding and honeymoon, for this reason I could not invest the money.I had to also manage the occupational rent myself with the new buyer. Again, I have never heard of the buyer/seller dealing with each other in this regard, it is always handed by the attorneys and again for obvious reasons.I still phoned and emailed in advance to ask confirmation for the transfer date and that all was in order as I was going to be away for my wedding and honeymoon.This experience has been a DIY service. Customer service is shocking, unfriendly and filled with arrogance. Too many things to write but above should be enough to note not to make use of these attorneys.

The attorneys are such phenomenal people. Should you want to sell or buy a house they can assist with property transfers. John, assisted me such a helpful and kind gentleman. Hope to sign more deals soon.

Shocking experience at this firm. Serious poor management of the transfer of my home (bond side), negligent and inefficient service. Would absolutely not recommend.
