I received excellent service from Angelique. She went above and beyond. We stay in JHB and Angelique drove here 3 time to make sure we were happy. Was very impressive to not have to go to a dealership but have the car come to you. I will definitely be recommending everyone here

I received excellent service from MJ the salesman, but the after service from Johan Lubbe is non existent.Bought a car from them and the same day they delivered the car the engine light came on. I notified them and was told to do a diagnostic on the vehicle and get a quote. We got the quote sent it through and they said they will fetch the car and fix it at their workshop.I asked for a vehicle to be given to me and was told repeatedly that they have no vehicles available. When they came to fetch the car I would have have been 2 days and the car would be back, it's now been more than a week and I don't get any feedback, phone calls are ignores, messages are ignored.All this after buying 3 vehicles from them in a matter of months.My advice is stay away from them. Once again feel sorry for MJ because he went above and beyond to try and help with excellent service but as for Johan Lubbe he is the reason we are canceling are next to potential deals with them.

When we went to take the car for a test drive, I heard the noise, but very subtle, I asked Angelique and she replied, it is a diesel and it is still cold.The noise started to get progressively louder and more frequent. When we went to collect the number plates, later in February 2023 I think, I mentioned this to her again, and she said the car is still under warranty, we must take it to Renault, which we then did.They found that the boot has a puncture hole in it, which led to the oil leaking, leaving the drift shaft compromise and in need of being replaced.I refer to Angelique last correspondence, saying that we must contact our insurance.Now we are left with a car we can not drive. Johan Lubbe refuse to comply with the CPA, and Angelique knows the truth, that we did asked and informed her about this, and that she lied.Hope they never sell another car and that they close down.Reported Exclusive Auto to the Ombudsman, got our case number.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER, EVERY!!!!!!!!!!

Think twice before buying a vehicle from them.Bought a vehicle in January 2023, after a week it started giving problems.After sales are pathetic!Still struggling with vehicle and their service.They are not trustworthy

THINK TWICE before buying a car from Exclusive Autos. Their customer service and after sales care is shocking. If you are at all in contact with TREVOR PRETORIUS ask for someone else - The service I received from him was atrocious, not professional and I would not recommend selling or buying a vehicle from him or Exclusive Autos. After spending a lot of money, I expected better...everything. Some things I had issued with. 1) the vehicle was delivered to me completely empty (what happened to the days when you bought a car and the dealership gave you a free tank of gas? - most places still do this for their customers) 2) Exclusive Autos were unable to give any cash discount on my purchase (most dealerships accommodate their customers, especially on cash purchases). 3) TREVOR PRETORIUS always made promises he couldn't keep or follow through with. He would ignore watsapp message and phone calls. I always had to contact him first. He was lazy and uninterested. 4) I was told that I had two months to register the vehicle from delivery date when in fact I had two months to register since road worthy test. I missed my registration deadline because TREVOR PRETORIUS gave me the wrong information. He also did not compensate me for his error and I had to take the car through roadworthy at my own expense.I will but more cars in the future, so will my friends and family...but we will never buy from here again. Think twice ladies and gentlemen before buying here. Or do your homework and have everything on paper. Also, DONT work with TREVOR.

will NEVER trust anything they say, they come across sweet & assure you their cars are all clean. Bought a car on the 6th of Feb from Garreth Fitzgerald, found major oil leak overnight, they said to bring the car back to their workshop on the 8th which we did....for days they couldnt find the problem only to tell us they had to strip the engine and major work is required to fix it. When we asked for a refund as we no longer wanted the car they refused & the manager Johan Lubbe told us to chose another car from their Floor which we refused to do. We are now 3 weeks without a car or refund. We noticed other clients had similar issues and had to report them to the Motor Industry Ombudsman. STAY CLEAR THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU!!!

They will for sure never see us again. Never had I ever had so many problems on a vehicle. So disappointed. How is it possible to replace both front and rear suspension on a vehicle with only 72 000km(apparently) on it? Makes one wonder.
