I couldn't boot into my windows so i took my pc in for a checkup and it wasnt even a day and i got it back working 100% and they cleaned it out for me as well, great sevice and nice people

Sent in a laptop for repairs under warranty and ended up waiting 3 months only to find out I had supposedly broken it and therefore the warranty didn't cover it, and they hadn't even begun repairing it! This was especially problematic considering I had classes coming in 2 weeks. I ended up contacting the Regional Manager and the Warranty Manager and they started making up stories of how I handed the laptop in after the warranty expired and the warranty did not cover what was being repaired. They did at least speed up the repair process but I still had to dish out R4500 for the repairs. I ended up having to find an alternative laptop for my work while I waited

They are amazing store. 3 times now they help me far and beyond what is expected of them. I will go back any time. Some one that complains about them is probably some one that does not know much about computers. They help with virus scan and recovering of lost data.
