I used these guys on short notice to help resolve a problem with birds in our ceiling. I organised the callout from their website which directed me in a direct chat over Whatsapp.They managed to come through the next day, quote and do the work which involved removing two rather large bird nests, closing up the gaps the birds used to gain entry and vacuumed the whole ceiling. Honestly the ceiling looks brand new!! I jumped in the roof a few times to check on the before and after work. Not bad going all the way out at Vaal Marina. @VaalMarina #VaalMarina.I'm very pleased with the friendly service from Zack. He even helped me put up a curtain quickly for which I didn't have a high enough ladder.Thanks guys!

I am so impressed with Firehead. Zach and his team are incredible. They were on time, went over and above their duties to ensure we were happy, honest and efficient workmanship. They fixed our problem and left our place spotlessly clean. They thought everything out so well and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. The service from Zach was great. He is responsive, kind and professional. The birds in our ceiling was in a double volume area which was high and had to be accessed from the outside. He did an initial assessment for us regardless. Zach and Wellington came today to do the actual birdproofing and they worked quietly with no interruption to us. Thanks for arriving on both occasions on the times you said you would and for the professional and kind manner in which you dealt with me throughout this process.

Never use this company, they are the most unprofessional unhelpful people. Worst customer service. They left me with a bird stuck in my fireplace for an entire day without informing me they couldn’t come assist and no updates or communication, you can phone and follow up and no one can help you. Don’t waste your time or money. Very unreliable and they don’t care about the well-being of the creatures or wasting your time. They put the phone down On you to avoid dealing with the issue. This company promised they would come and only told me at the end of the day that they couldnt make it, not that they were fully booked. The reply below is inaccurate. Dishonest business.
