Heila's Place Bloemfontein 4 min from N1

Would not recommend Heila's place to anyone. Very cramped and unhygienic conditions. We decided not to stay there and was refused to get a refund from owner.

Drove from Cape Town Nd entered a creepy smelly place. We were not prepared to stay in a place that was so unhygienic. Bathroom toilet had to be shared amongst people staying on the premises. We spoke to the owner to inform we cannot sleep under those conditions nd requested our money back. We were informed no refunds. We had to drive around Bloemfontein looking for alternative accommodation. Was absolutely disgusted. I seriously think the health department should inspect that place. Fake false advertising

Better sleep at a police station or petrol station. This place smells like hell. If you love yourself DoNot Rent this place. Highly unhygienic and creepy

The service and the hospitality was good...Mrs Heila and her husband are good people and their conversations flows...I highly recommend this place...oooooooh one last things their beds are so comfortable you sleep like a baby...

This place is not safe for a woman and kids, the husband makes ppl feel uncomfortable. The blankets and sheets smelled like they were not washed, they had dust and the house is mixed up. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Wont ever use that place. We were told by the owner of the house that he is going to get muslims also to sleep over told us that he will be putting the ashtray away as they do not smoke and like smoke dont know why it would be a problem as no smoking aloud in the house or rooms only outside and why we were to be hush hush with regards to smoking. This morning when my mother went out to smoke the one lady wasnt even properly dressed. We didnt even brush our teeth nor go to the bathroom we up and left as quickly as possible. What happened to wearing masks but we had to...Oh and just to respond on your reply... there was no other table to smoke the table we used was the table outside you showed us to smoke where you had put the ashtrays and told us you will put the ashtrays back later for us

Nope. Didn't even stay. Smelly and dirty. No privacy
