Bad bad bad. They came to do bathroom vanities and damaged my basin. I reported it and was told by Tanya that she will have to send one of her consultants. I confirmed that the consultant can come the Monday (3/8/15). Justin called me the Monday morning and said he can only come between 12-1pm. I'm still waiting (6/8/15). I informed Tanya and she said she will talk to him. I'm still waiting. Seriously?

For the absolute worst service in the world, do not use this company, they take your money and then it takes you months for them to fix errors that they have made, the owner Johnny just never replies to any calls or messages, stay away

Do not use this company at all costs, I am a kitchen supplier that go by the name of Formula Kitchens cc. Before the lock-down in March 2020, I have paid a deposit for my clients kitchen worktops, to this day, the job has never been done and they have never responded to any of my reminders for the refund that is outstanding for my client. Total costs outstanding to date defrauded to my company is R 15 000.00. They ignore all my emails and do not respond and are false promising. They offer no service delivery, I recommend, avoid the Johannesburg Branch at all costs. I have proof of every email reminder and letter from my lawyer to them. They ignore all monthly reminders!

Bad , horrendous service EVER from Stonehenge marble and Granite in Johannesburg . I requested qoute from them and on the 13 March 2018 they sent Theo to confirm measurements on this date. I have pictures of him and their document with their logo . They ordered incorrect quartz stone and promised to reordered the correct and come and install it. Since they failed in all dates they commmited themselves to date, I have been promised to be refunded my money since the company could not provide the service because the stone quartz I ordered until today Is not found frm their supplierI have not received my money until today .I paid cash deposit of R24000 until today is postponement each day from Tanya. She claims Jonny the owner of the company is the only one who handles accounts. He does not answer any calls when I phone him. If he is in the factory when Tanya informs him of my calls, he does not want to respond to me. The company used my money now they can't pay it back. I wonder what are the business partners or people marketing would feel representing such a company. Anyone advice how to deal with these crooks company/ Jonny who is actually defrauded me R24000. I have proof of all consultants and workers from Stonehenge been to my house and communication between Brad the international manager and Theo and Mariska who claims they resigned from the company.
