The biggest scammers in joburg don't you dare buy from them. they still have not delivered my wig and they owe me R800 They dont even deserve a star

They seem to be running under the name of premium-hair.co.za now. Same complaint as all the others in that I placed an order and paid, and until the day I made payment, they responded to my queries within the hour. They confirmed my payment. Then NOTHING. No contact, no tracking number just nothing.I HAVE HIRED A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR, should anyone who has lost money to these fraudsters wish to contact me please sms or whatsapp zero seven two three eight one double nine three eight. Let’s get out money back and see that they end up in jail where they belong.

FraudstarsI've ordered hair from this company premium original virgin hair in Johannesburg on the 23rd of October and i made payments into their nedbank account on the 24th of October an amount of R38000. They confirmed that they received payment and i can expect my delivery in 3-5 business working days. Their turnaround time passed i kept on checking up on my orde they told me that they have backlog lot of order n didnt even apologized for keeping me waiting with no communication. Up until last week Tuesday when i told them that i want my money back they requested for my banking details n told me that the finance lady will only be in on friday so turn around time for refund is 3 business working days from that Friday. I asked them why becouse from my understanding turn around time starts from day of receiving my banking details they ignored my chat. Today i sent them a message again asking when am i getting my refund they ignored me up until now. Tried calling their numbers they are not going through.Please help expose this fraudstars

I put my order through on 26 August 2020. I checked in the next day if I shouldn't get a tracking number. I was told only after 2-5 working days. A week later I went in to check what the hold up is and part of my order was just chilling waiting to be dispatched and the other wig not started yet. I have been following up on this order ever since. To date I don't have my Gugu pixie wig after many unkept promises!

Scammers! Horrible!!! Avoid by all means! They don't even deserve a 1 star..

It is now becoming clearer that these are scamers... I also paid for my order on 24 August... I was the only following up, after many LIES I still don't have my order. Even requested refund but now all the phones are off not response on whatsapp
