Highly recommended for anyone of any age. There are great teachers that allow for enjoyable and insightful lessons. In every lesson, you’ll find that there’s always something new to learn and work on. Though you don’t have to work on it alone because everyone there is always supportive and helpful. Kendo is an amazing martial arts that will let you grow as a person and it’s never too late to start it.
