I am extremely happy with the amazing service I received from this nail bar. With it being my very first time having my nails done, doing it a day before my birthday celebration, I was extremely nervous, however she went above and beyond to make my experience and outcome the best. A clean environment, someone who is time efficient, a friendly person, what more could a girl want! THANK YOU Regiis Beauty Nail Bar, for a wonderful experience overall.

Absolute pleasure being one of Miss Regiis clients, the hospitality is impeccable and the conversations are ever lasting. The quality is 100% value for money but I think I am more there for the company, an absolute treat having experienced her services. I recommend her all the way, she has brought all my wildest innovations to life.

I found this business through Instagram, I was amazed at the wonderful work she did and the affordable prices she offered. I booked an appointment and was accommodated for the very next day! I was amazed at the efficiency. When I arrived there was another lady waiting who wanted her nails ch aged or fixed, she had got them done the day before, I understood and waited patiently for 45 minutes past my appointment time.When my turn came I showed her what I wanted and at no time during this point or any other did she say she couldn't do it. But gave me the impression it was all fine, she then worked on my nails from 11 am to around 4pm. She was very rough with my hands and I have cuts on my fingers where she filed so hard. I gritted my teeth because I hoped at the end my nails would worth it. They were not. After sitting for so many hours I just paid and left, which I shouldn't have done but her next appointment had been waiting for over an hour and I did not want to make a scene. The next morning I sent her a message explaining that the nails were thick as she had put 3 layers of thick acrylic and my one thumb looked deformed from the acrylic application. She was very understanding about it and we agreed that I would come in to get them fixed the next week. However when I messaged on Monday to ask for or an appointment date, she ignored my message until the evening when she said she would let me know as she had another appointment. I messaged her on Tuesday morning to no response. A few hours later I asked if I could get a date and time so I could plan my schedule. She then informed me she thought that I would never be happy with her work, and that she would just give me a 50 percent refund.I was taken aback as I though we were on good terms and I had tried to keep things pleasant, I will now have to spend even more money to get my nails fixed, and I hope I get the refund promised. I would not reccomend this salon
