Very few businesses that I deal with have worse service than WHD Saffer when collecting stock. I have been dealing with this company for over 13 years and nothing has changed since my 1st collection order. Today (mid month) I placed an order at 10:00 and said I was collecting at 12:00. It is now 16:00, six hours since ordering the one single item and still I am waiting for them to bring it to calling counter.
