This pharmacy is what all pharmacies should be like! Five stars are not nearly enough as a level of rating.I was waiting outside their door for them to open at 08h30 on Tuesday morning 1 November 2022. Around 08h20 a very friendly lady came out and told me they are rebooting their system and it might take a while to come back on line. She asked me if perhaps she could help me with anything and I told her I needed to purchase an asthma pump or two for my mother. Without any hesitation whatsoever she identified my request as a possible emergency and provided me with the asthma pumps. I wish I knew her name though...This is the kind of service I love to experience. She was so kind and helpful and immediately assisted me. I truly felt like an important person.All businesses, not only pharmacies should practice this kind of customer service. It might not sound like something big but she immediately helped me and I walked out one happy customer. Noord Pharmacy will most certainly see more of me for all my medical needs.Thank you so very much for your kind assistance. The world will be a better place with more people like those at Noord Pharmacy...

I want to thank the coloured lady who helped me today, i have never experienced such friendly service while my daugter was feeling very ill. You are a gem.

Great staff, strict but professional. I never had any issues other than at times they do not have what I need or they do but sometimes I have to collect the remaining medication. Other than that they provide a good service and I would recommend them
