Turned up on time. I had number of jobs that needed to be taken care of, including a split pipe underneath brick pavers. All jobs completed to my satisfaction including relaying pavers. Excellent service very professional and courteous conduct.Highly recommended.

I love the tracking feature letting you know when your tradesman will arrive. Particularly handy with apartment living. Our plumber was courteous efficient and obviously good at his trade. Office support to organise the visit was also very efficient

The service was efficient, fast, friendly and very informative. Responded promptly to my request of repairs and kept me informed on time of arrival at all times - unlike the normal these days of somewhere between 8.00am - 1.00pm! Dylan was very respectful, quietly got on and did the job, left everything clean after. I can not praise this company or employee more highly. Thanks, much appreciated.

Excellent service from jewelbic both on their communication and quality of work. I had 3 small jobs and was very impressed by the efficiency of their plumber to get these done in under an hour and exactly as requested. Bonus for their messaging system which allows photo upload and updates.
