Did not clean the interior to well. The wash was a bit on the expensive side as well.

Car was not cleaned properly. Paid for a valet and polish but not satisfied with the outcome. Interior of my car looks as if only the floor was cleaned. Car was not wiped down as there are water marks on the windows and body of car. Poor quality of work.

Never have I experienced a setup like this! My vehicle was still dirty on the inside and the outside. Nothing was polished after asking several times to polished my bumper trim and tires. All I received was a grin on the employees faces. You won't see me again...

Had my car chassis washed by Elite carwash they could not clean it properly and refuse to refund my HM carwash did a proper job the chassis and engine are clean. I will definitely recommended them
