This is the worst delivery service! Please do not use them. They have lied several times about delivery! I have been waiting for my parcel for the past 3 days. They claim that the driver attempted delivery however that's not true. I work from home and have not received a phone call or a hoot outside my gate about any delivery!Customer service hasn't been helpful; they keep on giving me different excuses as to why my parcel is not delivered yet!!!! Very disgusting.

I wonder how much you people gave naTIS for the tender to delivery Licence disk, cause flip from your call center to your driver's incompetence personified! For once the government isn't the issue but you subcontractor. DO NOT USE THIS PROFESSIONAL" DELIVERY SERVICE!"

Dispicable service for such a big company. These people never answer their calls, if they do, expect limited assistance. I took me 10 days last year in October to get my router from Vodacom, as I write I'm still waiting for my toughees delivery. If their driver can't locate my address, why not call me at the time. I would recommend RAM and The Courier Guy even on my sleep.

Received an SMS Friday morning that parcel would be delivered that day. Nothing came, we stayed at home all day but nothing, no follow-up SMS up to now, Monday morning 09:00

You guys were supposed to fetch my package 6 days ago, I've had no feedback this past week, other than you'll collect"

The worst courier company ever had l known that this is the courier Vodacom will use to deliver my parcel l would’ve opted to fetch it in store. They will tell you your package is out for delivery and you will cancel your plans for the day just to receive another message said delivery failed yet no one called you and when you call the call centre you hold for 20 minutes before anyone can answer the phone and that’s not even the best part, when they do answer they put the phone down on you. Never ever use this courier company if you have an option

This organization basically gave me the middle finger. I obviously don't rate even the most basic level of respect. I was told, via sms that delivery would occur during the course of the day. I made arrangements to be available to receive, and sign for the package. At 16:00 i phoned to inquire as to what was happening, as i had not received my package by that time. I was informed that delivery would happen, and before 17:00. And so i waited. And in fact stood outside my property until 17:10. No package arrived, no comunication made to me and the company not answering its phones at this point.I am writing this at 18:30. At no point was there any attempt to deliver my package, and no attempt to even let me know.No respect at all.I see from other comments this is a common issue.Unfortunately i am now left in a severe bind.I could not be more annoyed right now. Totally disgusted.Update.I was called at 18:45, by the driver saying he was at my gate. He wasn't.He eventually did arrive. He couldn't read a GPS..Not very good at all. But at least i am no longer in a bind.

Horrible experience with these people. I have been waiting for my parcel since the beginning of the week and the one day that the driver attempted to deliver, he didn't. When I called later I was told that he didn't deliver because the address was wrong. If the driver was in the area with my parcel and could not find the address why didn't he call? And what's annoying is we make arrangements when you send out messages that our parcels will be delivered, to a point of cancelling our plans. I'm honestly angry and disgusted.

WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY.......Its now close to two weeks and i haven't received my parcel. Each and everyday i have been calling and the customer service tells me that the order will be delivered tomorrow (FOR TWO WEEKS). All of the people at customer service seems like they have a written script that they follow when resolving issues, that all say we are going to escalate the issue ALL OF THEM. These people need to be serious, two weeks escalating one simple issue.

1 star, only because 0 star is not an option.Please don't use this incompetent company. They can't even deliver a license disc from Midrand to Randburg in 4 days. I had drive to the RTMC in Midrand to request a reprint. The parcel is always out for delivery...
