First Shop has some really great prices and a wide product selection. I ordered my Cricut Explore/ Maker Deep Point Blade and housing from them. Not only did they have the best pricing but they had a great shipping rate.Only reason why 4 stars and not 5 is because there was no correspondence about delivery but I will definitely shop with them again.

The last two purchases from FirstTech was really bad. Parcels took a very long time to arrive, when they did the packaging were very badly damaged or bashed in and when I tried to return one of the products to exchange it the after sales was the worst. Although they may have reasonable prices, I would much rather pay a bit more for better service.

I bought a Shredder from them, it arrived broken. They collected it and I am still waiting for my refund, they have been asking me for my banking details, my companies documents, proof of transaction and bank statement. Till day no refund. I am dealing with an incompetent lady by the name of Happy.

I ordered RAM for a desktop and was very impressed for the following reasons:1. Item description on the web shop was clear and detailed.2. I was impressed with availability and same-day shipping - receiving sales order and invoice as it was processed and shipped.3. Package arrived within 2 days as promised on the website4. A special arrangement was made on the 2nd day for urgent delivery. The consultant liaised with the courier to ensure delivery was done before 14h00.5. Affordable prices - good valueFantastic overall service and communication.I will definitely browse the website more often and consider future purchases through FirstShop.

Excellent service, Exceeded our expectations. The experience was Awesome. Salesman (Fernando) was on point, first call resolution, no hustles, always keeps you updated with every step - We ordered on Thursday and Monday it was delivered and it works perfectly though we have only used once so far.

I purchased an X1 3D printer from FirstShop, delivery was swift and the product is high quality. I am printing quite a lot of small items for my hobby and I will certainly be back to purchase another printer to supplement what I am doing... Excellent service and good quality prints...

I ordered an inverter from Firstshop. I must say their prices are incredible, but what you save in time is made up in waiting for the product without significant updates. Firstly when I phoned after 5 business days, I was told the inverter is on back order, hence the delay, and it would take another two days to arrive. When the unit arrived at the firstshop warehouse processing was done at a reasonable pace, but the couriers they use (Laser logistics) also took another 6 days to get the inverter delivered. I understand due to the demand for inverters that this is a unique problem, however one would expect their communication to be better, and perhaps they should look into partnering with a more robust courier service…

I had a good experience with this company since i ordered the printerhead for my printer online and it was delivered to me within 24 Hours. I didn't even pay for delivery fees which I find it very convenient compared to other online stores.I am happy and I am going to start shopping from them since they don't charge for a delivery
