Aakligste ervaring wat ek nog ooit gehad het! Die tandarts is so onvriendelik en nors! Die assistent is tydens my afspraak, waarvoor ek 2 ure moes sit en wag, verskree en uitgejaag, met gevolg moes ek self die toerusting vashou. Sy het my ongelooflik seer gemaak en my tandvleis was vir dae na die afspraak nog geswel. Ek het toe 'n R211 bybetaling wat ek later wou gaan betaal. Eers werk die kaartmasjien nie, toe het hul nie kleingeld nie en later nie 'n kwitansieboek nie. Later is ek gedreig om oorgegee te word. Die feit dat daar nie 'n enkele ander pasiënt was tydens my besoek nie het klaar boekdele gespreek.

My appointment was for 12 O'clock, I even called again before going to confirm. I sat there for an 1h30 without any communication of what was taking so long after I rang the bell to enquire what was taking so long that's when I got an answer . Finally went through kindly greeted the dentist to which her response was so what's your problem" without even greeting. She is very lurid. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Dr/ma'am you don't deserve the respect you don't give. If people give you a good or bad review take it as it is and see where you can improve and respond proffesionally. Kind regards"

You wont see any records of me coz I had brought my mom and aunt, we pre booked before coming for an appointment scheduled for 11 am, we arrived on time and waited till 2-3pm, after that long wait you sent thru your assistant/receptionist to inform us you wont be able to assist us and you have another appointment coming up soon after waiting for you all those hours, we requested to speak to you and you receptionist was very much afraid to send thru the msg to you (she was on panic mode). We came in and you chased us out like dogs need I say... the whole experience was just horrible. We also took our papers inside her file coz we were worried you’re gonna bill my mom/aunt without any service. But this is besides the point, you are just plain rude and arrogant ma’am, it even shows in your responses here on these reviews, all excuses an no accountability. The way you were shouting at your assistant in front of your customers was just humiliating towards them, no man. An apology wont cost you a single dime.

Every single bad review here is absolutely accurate. Worst dr I have ever experienced in my life. What a rude and grumpy old lady. If you are black, please stay AWAY from this practice. She is extremely racist and rude towards black people, so much so that I have reported her to HPCSA.

Dankie vir Dokter se tyd vandag!!!...Dit was wel nie wat ons verwag het nie,maar goeie dokters vat hulle tyd...Ek is net n klein bietjie ontevrede met die tydsbeplanninge, maar ek weet Dokter sal met dit verbeter.Dankie vir die ontvangs dame se gedult en gasvryheid.Geseënde dag.
