I bought a device at this store and it was faulty from the beginning.i took it back asking for some support as the device was less than a week old.i was told that the device would have to be fixed and the relevant parts would procured and then I would get it back.i waited and waited got no response from the store so I called them and was told that no parts were available and that parts would now have to be bought at an additional cost. I was not prepared to pay this extra amount so I have lost out on my device as I don't have it as the store want R300 extra for it. This store has poor service and no support its like they are doing you a favor if you need help with devices bought from their store .I would not recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a device.poor service and poorer support
