The Velux product is really good, however the after sales service is not great. Just the string of one of my many roof window blinds broke, and they declined to fix it. They would only sell me a new blind at R2300 plus VAT. My son replaced the string in 20 minutes with a string cost of R6.00 and his kind labour.
