I have share my experience. Called to ask if they can do a COC inspection on existing installation / take corrective measures if needed / issue COC and when. The person that took my call asked for an address, then started talking about travel cost and gave me a quote telephonically for the COC. Asking her not to give me a quote but to answer my question, she said I must first pay the amount quoted for the COC, then if any repairs needs to be done they will bill me again for the extra work done.I prefer to have everything done at the same time and prior to leaving the premises I will do the EFT payment to settle the account. Accordingly this is not their terms of doing business. So frustrating if one chase money before customer service.Called another registered service provider, who travelled same distance, came immediately and charged less for the COC than what Winelands Gas quoted me. Tried calling the owner on a number provided on their website prior to submitting my review to discuss the matter but after 24 hours of not getting back to me, I have shared my experience and will be moving on.

Winelands Gas was professional and efficient from the get-go. They were quick to respond to my enquiry, even quicker with a quote and an installation date. Everything went smoothly, and Francois, Lené, Peter and the rest of Winelands Gas were friendly until the very end. Very impressed and can definitely recommend their services.

45 minutes past the appointment time (booked 2 days in advance) and the person coming to do the site assessment hadn't arrived or made contact. Calling the office I got a oh is he not there yet" - no communication that they were going to be late."
