Terrible experience when taking a machine back for warrantee.The sales person did not load my details of the purchase onto their system so when I returned the faulty tool after 6months they treated me like a criminal.The sad thing is it is only an electrical connection that needs to be tightened.I could do it personally - you would think to ensure a client's happiness they would just secure the faulty wire.I bought several mechines that day.....I will no longer support this brand.

First time ordering from Total Tools and must say I am very impressed. I received my order after 4 days, which is fast, considering that we live in a remote area in the Northern Cape.Maxwell was the one assisting me, and was very friendly and helpful. Keeping me updated on the progress of my order.I will post a second review once I have tested the product.However I would highly recommend Total Tools.Thank you!
