“At Sorbet, it is our mission to provide 100% guest satisfaction, seven days a week & wearing a smile. If you are not totally satisfied with your treatment, talk to us & tell us why & if we can’t turn that frown back into a smile, then your treatment is on us. “This should state , upon approval by management , I went in and was honest that my nail smudged , to which the lady did but rushed and put too much of polish on my nail, resulting in this being too thick and took longer than normal to dry, I called the branch to assist to which the manager was meant to call through but didn’t , and her receptionist called in to advise that this cannot be done. if this is the case then the above should not be provided to patrons !

I was cut on 2 occasions using this branch. I think equipment needs to be sanitized in front of clients to ensure their safety

I’m appreciative that they accommodated 4 of us quite last minute on a busy month end Saturday. The nail tech was quite rough and made my cuticles bleed so it burned every time I placed my hands in the gelish UV machine.

Had a gift voucher worth R500. When I got to the saloon the Asian girl charged me R10 extra. Told her it is a gift voucher. This was ignored. My appointment was booked for 11am. Had 2 reminders. Then she informs me the therapist is gone out will be back at 11.15. On my insistence they went to look for the therapist. The massage was mediocre. Will not return nor recommend because of the mediocre service and rude attitude. They send you sms to rate them. But no response.
