Dogs Heaven Grooming Parlour

Fast and friendly I'm sure. I just wouldn't use the pick up service after seen the way he drives the dogs around. Almost ran a couple off road today and all he could do was show a finger. Great way to drive around with a marked business van.

My Husky came excited back, feeling good over herself. She enjoyed her drive, the gentle attention and the brush of lots of hair that had to brushed and blowed out. She was very happy, so she definately will go back

I cannot believe the negative comments that I read on this page. My dogs have been going to Dog's Heaven Grooming Parlour for years and they are so loved and adored by all staff. We have only received friendly service up till now. The relationships that are built with my fur children, is prove that they treat our animals with the greatest respect, care and love. Any new client whom are reading this reviews, please ignore the negative comments and rather go have a look for yourselves. My two fur children are going there again tomorrow for their wash and blow, because Dog's Heaven Gooming Parlour truly are the best in Somerset West! :)

Appalling. I have sent my dogs three times to this groomer, always with specific instructions to not use products with scent of any kind and a photo of how I wanted them groomed - which they keep on file.. Each time they have come back with ragged, uneven legs. Yesterday I texted Jennifer to make sure that no perfume would be used as a reminder. I did not hear back from her. The dogs came back smelling to high heaven of the cheapest perfume. I called Jennifer to ask what happened - she was very rude and said that Sensitive shampoo had been used. She agreed to send a photo of the bottle - she did not. My dogs scratched all night, one woke up with an eye infection.There were razor marks and bare patches all over them. I took the dogs to the parlour and she pulled a bottle of almost empty Virbac shampoo off the shelf. I said that it was clearly not what had been used. I asked her to smell my dogs and she said she had no sense of small (but was able to tell me the Virbac was scent free). Instead of being decent offering an apology a re-shampoo she just yelled at me, refusing to take any responsibility. My dogs trembled in the grimy little reception area which is nothing like the photo on the website. My dogs clearly they have bad memories of this parlour.I cannot find anything on the web matching that bottle of so called sensitive shampoo.This woman has no integrity, no compassion and no customer service skills. As I went to the car she said 'Good luck finding somebody to groom your dogs any better than we do.' We washed them three times at home and cannot get rid of the nauseating perfume. Go and look at the premises yourself and you will run a mile. No wonder they offer to collect and deliver dogs. My vet bill for eye drops was R450, I am therefore not paying this unscrupulous woman.

Very disappointed in the owner/receptionist! She was very rude and impatient with me when I enquired about bringing my dogs. I have only recently moved to Somerset West from Pretoria and was hoping to find a good doggy parlour that I can trust. Luckily I was able to get hold of a very friendly Doggy Parlour that was more than willing to help me out. Will never again try and support Dogs Heaven Grooming.

The negative reviews on this page made that I took my puppy to another parlour the first time she was groomed, but it was really not a good experience. So despite the negative things being said, I tried Dog's Heaven ... and I will definitely go back again. Everybody is so friendly, they act loving towards my dog, they were interested in what I was saying, and best of all, they said it would take about two and a half hours, but they phoned me after two hours to say I can come and get her. I asked their advice, and they made recommendations without hesitation. They seem to be good, kind, caring people. My puppy looks great, and she is relaxed and happy. At the other place they kept her two hours longer than promised, and to boot left her with a goatee and a poorly cut top-knot. So, thank you, Dog's Heaven, and a big doggy kiss from my pup!

I took my little princess to Dogs Heaven for a grooming. First one in 14 years. I was so scared as Jessi is not used to grooming... What an excellent experience as Jennifer and Andre treated her like one of their own... Thank you very much for this and i will recommend them to all my friends .
