Based on the reviews, I came here expecting to see a wicked miser who would bite my head off at the first opportunity. Instead, I met a wonderful man with all the time (pun intended) in the world for me. A kind, generous man who did everything he could to help me. What a legend. Thanks John.

John waited for me to arrive as he was not feeling well and was going home to rest. He restored the leather strap to its original finish, cleaned and polished the front glass and rear SS cover as well as put in a new battery and set the time. All for 100 bux!! and he took less than 15 mins. Thank you John for your friendly and professional service. I will definitely bring you my other clock project that I mentioned to you while I was there.

Horrible customer service. The owner is very rude and unwelcoming. I recommend finding an alternative, if you treasure your peace.

We wish we could have actually experienced his watch-fixing abilities ourselves but he was rude the moment we approached to ask for his assistance. Basic courtesy towards a fellow human being, much less potential customers was simply absent. Really unacceptable.
