After carefully choosing products online , that were flagged with ' 3 day delivery ' , I made my purchases. I phoned the following Monday and asked for an ETA as my event was on the Friday. I asked if I should cancel the delivery option and just make time and drive down and do a pickup , to which I was told ' no you should have them by Friday '. I phoned again on the Wednesday and once again was told ' you should have them by the Friday . Friday came and I finally got an email tracking my purchases , they were at the depot. Friday night and my event came and went with no products received . Had to purchase alternative less suitable items and of course my original items turned up on the Saturday morning , 12 hours after event ended. Hopeless , $160 out of pocket.
