Poor communication and lack of attention to detail resulted in a series of errors on my curtains. I delivered material, explained my needs to the owner and curtain maker, AND emailed measurements and PICTURES of what I needed done. Despite confirmations that all understood what I wanted, things were still done wrong. Apathetic and uninterested apologies made things worse. I'll go back to getting my curtains made at Metro Menlyn. Highly recommend them.

They had my couch since Feb22 They had it for six months but still they could not get it right. The couch is damaged now. The manager Manie refused the refund us. He is rude and unprofessional. Bad service and they are expensive. It's a no no
