Found a cockroach in my shower and informed the night manager......his response to me was what must he do" also found that they over charged me and when I spoke to the day manager her response was the same.When I asked to speak to someone higher she stated that my business is not welcome there anymore!!"

As for the service they treat you like u own them and they are doing you a favor and for privacy is minimum to non. The caretaker opened the door on me in the morning as i was getting dressed
