5 stars for this Mica for two reasons:1. Only place with availability on some items. In the last case, a gas heater at a good price.2. Helpful staff that went beyond their duties to help me package and rain proof my items before transport.Bonus point for sense of humor and knowledge in the guys there.

Sales person tried to overpowered me just to get sale. Ending up that what i need is not correct and now must go back again on my costs. This is unacceptable

I used to often go to Mica in Ceres as the employees are welcoming and kind. However, that young 'boss' is undermining and arrogant. 5 stars to the other staff members though!!
