This branch appears to be experiencing some issues with their service delivery, which seem to be absent in other branches, in particular Hillcrest. Despite having visited the branch multiple times and wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt due to its recent opening, I regret to say that the service provided has not met my expectations. Would rather drive the extra mile to Hillcrest, faster quality service

Medium chips- may as well have been a small.Ice cream machine and milkshake machine not working.Won’t be back. Hillcrest McD much better.

Thought I would give this newer Branch a try since the Hillcrest Branch is always packed on a Friday afternoon.This is a brand new building, interior very modern. Staff very friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces.Only downside is the eating area is very small and there is a lack of parking spaces.

Using the mcdonalds app and it's codes is simply too high grade for - can ask them multiple times to use your code and they won't.Maybe adjust the opening hours since at almost 7am the entrance is barricaded by staff and they definitely look like they aren't on shift yet.

I don’t normally go to McDonald’s because of their unhealthy meals but I got my wife the McFlurry ice cream here and she says it’s outstanding. Just like me she doesn’t like McDonald’s but she reckons she will go there for their ice cream any day. So that’s one thing I can encourage you to get there. And this is a new branch in my neighborhood and beautifully built.

It's a newly opened branch at the time of this review (November 2022). This was my first time here. On this day I went to get some ice cream, but I like to think that the food is the same as at other McDonald's in the country. The service was good, one of the staff went the extra mile to hold the door for a patron who had a mobility challenge, which I felt was a good thing. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. The environment was clean and had a nice ambience with the music playing. You have the option to order and pay at counter or use the self service stations in the restaurant.

I’ve ordered food from this particular McDonald’s 3 times now and all 3 times my order has either had an item missing or one of my items was missing a key ingredient (I literally got a cheeseburger WITHOUT a patty?!?!) Make it make sense please.
