Unathi Guest Lodge

Bad attitude from the staff lady in charge spoilt our experience. Unfortunately wl never set our feet here again. She expected us guests to spring clean the lodge everyday as if we were obligated and hired for that purpose yet we paid more than 20k for our 9 days stay ????...word of advise even self catering units are supposed to be cleaned by the staff everyday " we're here for different reasons and one of those reason is certainly not to leave your house sparkling clean!!!What needs improvement#beds we're very uncomfortable esp the ones in the main house. My back is in pain as a results#there were so many health hazards...so sad as I was travelling with kids. We were chocked several times when taking a shower. Health and safety evaluation is seriously needed# no hot water in the morning.#towels not changed on a daily basis"

Water was cold, receptionist on night duty overcharged me for o e room of the two I booked and claimed that I canceled breakfast and he said that he did a refund while truthfully he did not. To date I am still waiting for feedback from the manager who promise to di a follow up.

My experience was not so good ,the fact that they don't serve breakfast and lunch ,with the prices they are asking ..i was not so please,and I won't recommend it to people with kids

Very friendly staff, rooms are super clean and the food served is exceptional

Not too bad... clean rooms, bedding and shower but honestly, the place is only good enough for a night rest and a morning shower if you are attending a funeral, wedding or any other function in the area. Other than that, the place is a Nay" for me... TV in rooms but we couldn't watch news or anything because we had no signal. The poor guy at reception tried to help but failed...small geysers

Great place enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was the boom. Next generate please .

It was quite refreshing to see the owner of the Lodge getting their hands dirty in order to make us feel welcomed. Amazing service indeed
