The staff is friendly and the store is stocked with just about anything a hardware should have.I'm just not happy about the quality of the shovels that are in stock. Never have i ever witnessed a shovel break like a piece of wafer.Took it back the next day and was only offered a discount towards the purchase of a new one. Bought 2 and an hour later, one was broken again :(

A very nice addition to Jack's Paint and Hardware. Situated in what has become a very trendy shopping centre. The staff is just not very friendly.

Our business had keys cut 3 times before where we had to go back as they weren't cut properly.Yesterday I needed 2 keys cut, (could only assist with one) and I explained to Rudi our past experiences and the frustration wasting petrol and time going back when this happens.Instead of reassuring me it won't happen this time, he asked me if it was HIM ? And why am I giving HIM a hard time? I responded , I'm just saying, although it wasn't you it is the same company that you work for.Rudi please learn from the other staff how to deal with customers and if you can't handle a complaint please refer it to someone who can.
