It is a fairly large shop with a good variety of books, puzzles and some novelty items as small gifts. The shop assistant is friendly, helpful and efficient. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is because I think the shop can do with an extra assistant. I recommend your shop with a smile!

Any book you want, you get! It's just fantastic and worth the visit, that is, if you really are a book worm. But then again there still is a place for cooking books as well as nursery rhymes; so I guess we could all do just fine with a little reading.

One is hard-pressed to find a franchised bookstore that hasn't lost its charm and atmosphere. Exclusive Books has managed to maintain a stillness amidst the chaos of a busy mall, has attentive but never invasive staff, and continues to carry an impressive array of bookshop Must Haves.

Sadly I'm disappointed in the fact that the name of the book store is exclusive books but really inclusive when it comes to religion. there were probably 3 or 4 sections of Christian bible in different languages and fonts and just different varieties in the Religion " isle Aren't Islam

10/10 would NOT recommend. Poor service. Have to wait for long periods of time for someone to even acknowledge that you are at the counter waiting for assistance. First of all, how is the entire counter unmanned? Second of all, when I walk through the aisls, begging for service, I still get told to just stand and wait I'M BUSY!" SO SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL."
