I was disappointed when going to COLLECT MY PSIRA CERTIFICATE IN POLOKWANEI KNOW THEY ARE CLOSING AT 04H30,MIND YOU TRAVELING FROM VERY FAR FROM GIYANI AND ARRIVE AT 04H10 AND TOLD YOU THAT WE ARE CLOSED.YOU MUST TURN BACK HOME WITHOUT BEING HELPED,WHY IS THERE NO PSIRA OFFICES NEAR BY OUR PLACE,PLACES,LIKE GIYANI,PHALABORWA,THOYANDOU AND LOUIS TRICHSRDT,EVEN MUSINA

If it were up to me, I'd give them zero rating. The services is so poor and below average. I don't understand why they dropped so low with regards to performance. Somebody needs to intervene and very fast. I'm really annoyed by the level of service that I received recently at the Polokwane offices
