On route to the weekend at the South Coast we stopped over at this MacD. The drive through was our choice. 45mins later we were still in the line. No explanation. Cold fries and melted ice in our drinks. A very disappointing experience. Definitely not the standard of MacD.

Once again, terrible drive thru service. They don't take your order properly and I don't mind waiting 7 min for apple pie but their 7min ends up being 20min and then the rest of the order is COLD already. Common sense would be give the entire order at the same time perhaps? When the apple pie is ready! This happens on a regular basis!!

Why is my large orange juice so weak??? . We bought two large orange juices and the one is so diluted it tastes like water with a dash of orange juice!! And the phone is not being answered.

Bought three chicken Cajun burgers with two milkshakes and cheesy jalapeño fries after consuming this meal we ended up with diarrhea,Won't buy again.

Dope drive thru. I pretended to be an annoying customer at 5am in the morning thinking I'm gonna get it but surprisingly the service was dope. Well trained staff, good burgers and fries & Really bad nuggets. If it wasn't for the sauce I would never eat those.

The prices have escalated drastically, I dont think I will buying McDonald's again. My favourite burger meal (Spicy McFeast) is now R115 plus for a medium meal, just ludacris!!!
