i paid for the most beautiful full leather L shape recliner In November last year at Woodmead. They sold me a couch that was out of stock. Delivery time wrong couch was delivered and wrong colour too. I was upset at first and told myself i wont shop there again, but the effort they put shows they are very customer focused. Connie arranged that my couch (correct colour) be shipped from overseas and that would take 3 months. She and Mphumi the woodmead store manager sent me a nice LOAN COUCH to use for the whole 6 months i waited for the container to arrive with my correct colour couch. their effort rubbed out the initial mistake they made (we all do dont we) next weekend am going there again to find a rug or decor pieces to match the couch. I love their service and their products are the highest quality and ooze class and opulence. If you want a couch that you wont find in every house, buy from sedgars. Worth the price

Visited Sedgars Ballito on 14 Aug 2022. Met with pleasant saleswoman, Gugu. She efficiently assisted with finalising purchase of dining room set. Delivery was promised in a week and she delivered on that. She gave regular feedback during the course of the week leading up to the delivery. Delivery team arrived on 20 Aug 2022. Roland the delivery driver even assisted Amith and team in assembling the dining room set. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for keeping your commitment to deliver in a week! I recently purchased a designer fragrance at a very good price. I checked the batch code and it is all legit. I am very happy and will most certainly make use of their service again.

Exceptionally poor service. Waiting over 2 months for a delivery. Another item that was delivered was damaged, still awaiting a replacement.

I was so impressed with the excellent service I received from Daniel. I first came to the store to explore everything they have and thereafter I was just dealing with him on the phone until my delivery guys came to pick up the furniture.My furniture was packaged so well that even though the truck went from Woodmead - Durban - to Drankensberg it was still intact with no scratch or crack.Instructions to assemble the furniture were fairly easy but Daniel ensured my project get to the end.Thank you so for the excellent service, I would highly recommend Sedgars Woodmead
