Ctrack - Port Elizabeth Vehicle Tracking Centre

I bought myself a vehicle and it has a c track tracker unit fitted. I am waiting a month and a half for the tracker unit to be removed and still no luck. After contacting them an appointment was made and they confirmed it will be removed within 48hours Sadly a week later I'm still waiting. I contacted them again and was told that my appointment was not captured and the matter will be given to the manager to address. Sadly once again again a week later no response. I contacted them again via there wabsite and again no response response. Sadly I say no more. Not only are there website location details wrong in Port Elizabeth, the contact number also does not exist but website time says they are open.
