I have purchased a school tracksuit for my child and I went the next day to return a size smaller. The lady insists on charging me R200 more and tells me it's new stock and need to pay in. The one I purchased was lying on the shelf for years. This is daylight rip off . I am a regular customer and dont expect this behavior or service from a store we regularly purchase at. Very disappointed customer. You cant price hike 30 percent overnight. Our president said dont RIP people off in these difficult covid times. It's sad bit this is reality
