I had an emergency, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in and help me out just in time! I can't thank them enough! Thank you, thank you!!

My hair colour is never what I ask for.She almost burnt my eyes out when getting eyelash extensions done at her salon.Paid over R6000 for my white blonde and black ombre hair extensions only - was still planning on adding black extensions to blend a bit better but the blonde turned purple after 1st wash. Debbie said obviously the colour wouldn't stay blonde as the black would obviously wash out over the blonde and that strands of love shouldn't advertise photos of the white blonde because she always has to please and explain to the client. Long story short : she gave me one of 2 options - bleaching extensions to keep the colour I wanted (that would have damaged the extensions) or add black to the extensions to hide some of the purple. The black is fading, purple is still there and I am stuck with this because she denies everything and takes absolutely no responsibility for anything she messes up. I will never step foot in this salon again.When complaining about my hair she simply said this is her first complaint and I can speak to all her clients, they are all happy. I was also her client and I am NOT happy but it seems as though she is not worried about the unhappy clients...

Ever since I started going to the salon the service was the best. Friendly owner that goes down to the staff. They make me feel like a Queen by their respect and quick service. They make u choose what u want and when not happy they change to suit your need. I really love their work. ❤❤❤❤they are the best all of them including the tea lady....
