Great product have been buying for many years but an aircon in store would be nice. It’s so uncomfortably hot to be in the shop. I pity those poor staff that sit there the whole day in Pretoria heat. Your staff are excellent people and have been through out the years that I have pipped in for paint at your store.However they work under uncomfortable circumstances to say the least. Your job if you are the owner as you say, is to make sure that changes. Have you even been to that shop on a summer day? Spend a few hours in there and you decide if it’s ok. Stop being defensive and do the right thing. Even that caravan place next door has an aircon.
