Waited 2.5 hours for rear shocks to arrive, after they told me they had shocks, at 17.00 they re-fitted the old shocks and told me the new scocks would be there at 9.00 am the next day. Went back the next day arrived at 9.00, at 11.00 another 2 hours waisted the shocks is still not here.

I would like to compliment the staff for the exceptional service, always going the extra mile to make sure we are always happy. A big thank to to Waldo for always making sure that the job is done speedily and correctly.

Terrible service. I called in during the morning with a query to get my front shocks done. Gave them the make and model, and the bigish guy there said it's fine, I can bring it anytime, and they'll sort it. All good, said they had stock and the job would be done. I get there around 12pm, they tell me to pull my car onto the second lift. I waited one hour without the car even being touched, then waited another 3 and a half hours before I could leave. No warning or estimation of how long it would take, just had to wait. They had one guy working on the car, while others were around not doing much, one employee was even laying down and relaxing on the job. All they had to do was tell me that the car would take 4 and a half hours, I could have Ubered back to work and come back later to fetch it. Instead I sat there doing nothing for 4 AND A HALF HOURS!!! I would not recommend this place. Go to another branch or the competitor. PATHETIC!!!!
