Bought a part from them and they supplied it wrongly (they had photographs for the correct part). I have been trying for the last 5 months for refund.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a part from JJ's 5 weeks ago, had to deal with many excuses regarding the part from being told they have found the wrong one to waiting for the correct part to be sent from Cape town. When the supposed part arrived from Cape Town they then said it was still incorrect and thereafter requesting a refund from them I received excuse after excuse. I then conceded one last time for them to find a part and fit it and then again when it came to installing it , it apparently broke during the fitting process. Fast forward another week and then I asked again for a refund and waited to no avail. I then conceded again as they now finally said that they have the correct part and would fit it. Their mechanic fitted the correct and better part on Thursday 19sept , few days later on Monday 23 Sept that part failed and almost caused me to have an accident whilst driving on the motorway. I did ask them earlier why it was so high to which I was told go check with your mechanic. turns out JJ's supplied the wrong part and also in the process put the clutch cable too tight to which it now just snapped. I have had such a miserable experience and have spent a lot of money on uber waiting for them to fix my car and as usual everytime I try to find out what's happening I'm always told to wait for a manager/ owner's response. it is truly unfair. they are so unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all , especially if you re a woman. I am still waiting for some type of refund because I have had to fork out another 3500 for a part and labour to get it fixed. Shame on you JJ's.

Its a good place to buy spares but their price are very made and they can't get rich in one day we need patient in business not to double the price
