I've been doing work with Proprint for years (10+), and when Murray & Davina were in charge (before Printall took over), we received excellend customer service and never had to worry about any orders we did through them,Since the Printall team has taken charge, the quality of work has diminished, their customer service is horrible and they just do not care about you as the client.Last year, I ordered NCR books for a client of mine in November, in order to deliver to my client in December, Printall decided to close down for season, and NEVER even cared to let me know that my order would not be completed.Now this morning, I have the same situation, factory closed down, and my order was just never done or completed, even though it was signed off on the 17th of November.Where is the owner/manager of this business? What do you do? Because it seems quite obvious you are not worth that titel at all... Do you even care about your clients - LONGSTANDING CLIENTS????? This is the poorest service I have received from ANY supplier in my 10 years of service, as I have NEVER HAD a supplier, just not completing orders, never the less, not even letting the clients know??????????????Murray and Davina, I have the utmost respect and regard for you, you have always been good to my company and your service excellent, BUT connecting yourself to this company is such a shame, I do not believe they suit your standards and unfortunately you are now part of this complete mess of a business, hopefully your standards will not go down the toilet with PRINTALL.After 11 years of business, this will be the last work I have done with you.
