Thank you so much for the good service especially by Mamed he's an amazing host. Every morning he comes to check if we okay and ifs always there when we need him, at anytime. Will definitely be back

Neat. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Ample parking . Close to all amenities and eating places. Kitchen well fitted with all necessary appliances. Well worth a return. Thank you staff and management.

Very comfortable. The host did not appreciate me calling her and instructed me to phone the security guard as per email instructions from Booking.com.The kitchen drained smelled badly and we use wet kitchen cloths to minimize the smell.The no alcohol rule should be mentioned upfront when you book. They should consider aircons in all the bedrooms. The bedrooms were boiling hot when we arrived and the fans did not help plus there were not enough two pin plugs to plug in the fans.

The owner of the place treated us very bad, we had to pay and extra deposit when we arrived in the place, which was not initially agreed on when we were booking. They never even gave us keys to the gate. The whole experience was horrible.

Worst accommodation I've ever been to. You are constantly watched and monitored, there is no privacy. I was questioned about my grand parents visiting.We were locked out of the building in the pouring rain and there was no way to gain entry into the building until finally getting hold of another guest. Owner was very difficult to get hold of.They do not add any soaps or shampoos, they give you a small soap, a small shampoo and a small lotion and that is all.At the time of check out, we were hounded by the cleaners that we had to leave. It felt as though we were kicked out.The cleaners were very nice people and they felt very badThe stay was very uncomfortable for the entire family.Will never stay at Munster again and will never recommend it to anyone

10/10 Booked two apartments for my graduation night braai with my family from Richards Bay, the rooms are spacio and squeeky clean with, with modern kitchens, balcony and large braai area. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms modern and superclean. Close to all amenities. Speedy WiFi available. Best self-catering apartments in Durban by far. The plus point is that the caretakers let you be without disturbing the fun. They just need to create more sheltered parking space as on one car is allocated a parking spot per apartment.

The rooms were clean and spacious to accommodate 8 people. Munster Executive Appartment it is the most cool, calm, beautiful and safe place to be in. Mr mamad was good and available when we need him. I enjoyed my every moment thank you

Our stay was amazing, we had booked for one night but due to the comfortability and neatness of the place,we extended our stay to two nights.This place is awesome,we're definitely going back next year.

The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 8 people. Cleaning service was poor. Basins weren't cleaned up, kitchen utensils were not enough. Coffee, tea & sugar were insufficient for 8 people.

We stayed at Munster from the 9th to 13th November, loved the place very clean and neat ,very spacious too and in a quiet neighborhood .If ever we are to go back to Durban will definitely use Munster again.
