MRG Gearbox & Diff Centre

I am rating a - 100 minus 100 because my car went there in July and I still don't have my car now 1 December. I was told that they did their job but the car is still faulty. We paid already R16500 deposit and 4 months later nothing.. I am fed up. It seems like the guy doesn't know what he is doing. He is been taking the car to be checked for any electrical faults then leaves the car there for weeks then tells us he is waiting for feedback. The one time he told us he took the car somewhere else to be cheched meanwhile the car was parked at his auto shop.. I am so disappointed in this guy.. He is so unprofessional.. If you don't call him he never calls you and never updates you... Real bullish.....er...

If I could rate this 0 stars I would have, took my car there with a small problem with the auto gearbox ( not smooth transition between gear shifts), after paying over R 6 800.00 I received it back with no 1st and 5th gear. They said that it came in that way. Now I can only drive it in 2nd gear.
