The service was bad no update with the process I called with no answer second game when I call she told me to hold she is busy with the other customers my all-time got finished I bought another airtime she told me to hold again and I told her my airtime is finishing she said nothing she can do she is busy her tone was rude

Nice new cars

Took my car for an annual service and when the car came out it had defects.

They gave us a bad service. Since 7 am for a car service. Car was number 3 on the line. They took it in then inspected it instead of servicing it, car came out around to-12pm.When we checked the service book nothing was written on it. Then when we inquired. The initial lady (white) said it was not due for service, which was the same lady who made me sign papers for service when I arrived in the morning.The lady (black) next to her came to assist after hearing the altercation, she went to check on the system and said the car was due for service (car is on 59 738 km's)..The car had to cue again and was taking in at 12:40pm and came out 3pmHonestly, I felt discriminated.

Terrible service. On every service I've done there they've tried to rip me off. They wanted to change my brake pads that were less than 6 months old, fan belt, control arms, wind screen wipers, etc. when none needed changing. Also lost my service book. I will not be going back that's for sure.

On the 31st of August this year I ran into a problem with the cooling system of my Nissan Pathfinder. Luckily it happened at the first robot as you come into Tzaneen, I was towing a caravan at that stage. I just want to thank the workshop manager for the amazing assistance he gave me and my wife. He went over and above his normal duties to repair my Pathfinder and to get us on our way again. Thanks to Mias, Dirk aswell, julle is vysters.

Poor service from parts depart, i went there looking for Almera key,the guy behind the counter just said is R12000 without checking on the system, i was just need to compare the price as around Sandton is R3800 without labour.Is this bad attitude or this place is expensive

I was well and friendly welcomed. They assisted me in few minutes. I take off my hat for them for the service I received.
