Probe battery not working any more while still under warranty. Battery date was clearly marked with a date and Midas sticker a bank statement date was available.Delayed processed left me days without a car battery. Eventually it was replaced after I had to call twice to find out what happened to the battery.Unfortunately not customer focused.

Unfortunately the local branch in Glenanda closed down but I went to the Edenvale branch and Henk the owner put me in touch with Reevesh the claims manager at their head office and he was very helpful.Since my battery had a two year warranty he immediately organised a replacement, I went to collect it and didn't even have to leave the faulty unit there!I simply signed for the new unit and was done within 5 minutes... now that's professional customer service!Well done on putting the customer first!

Very poor service. Waiting over 4 months for a super cap warranty replacement. Endless excuses. Could not even supply a temporary unit for use while they try and replace the battery. They should not be an agent in South Africa as they deliver no service.

A very cool environment. Very friendly and efficient staff who do everything to satisfy customers. I had a rare type of an alternator. The sales team together fought to get it. Waw it was so soothing to see the team work. The security detail very friendly. Prompt service u need?? Visit Probe.

I have used these batteries for years and they are the most powerful batteries you can buy.I had a Peugeot Partner with low compression that really battled to start on cold mornings and NO other battery could crank long enough to get it to fire up.They are also very good at honoring their warranties. I had one unit fail and they replaced it with no hassles.
