Service is ok. Small variety on hardware items especially specialised tools, fittings, equipment etc... I buy pints here sometimes but I have noticed they don't have as many colours as the bigger hardware stores. If your need s are for basic items then it's worth visiting, especially if it is nearer than the bigger hardware stores.

No parking space & loading zone for customers is tiny. A customer takes about 30mins to an hour waiting for their turn to access the loading zone

I like that you can open an account with them even if you're not building now. Then you keep depositing whatever amount you can afford and when you do need to purchase anything, you use your account and buy at discounted prices compared to somebody who does not have an account. Convenient when saving money is not your forte.

I had gone to buy a 5L paint bucket and a few paint brushes and the stuff were able to assist me quite efficiently without any issues. I will definitely visit again if I find myself on this side of town considering this was really out of my routine or route.
