Does this company still exist? So far no stars for them - tried a few times to speak to someone but nobody is answering? Nobody is responding to e-mails ... And I already made payment online ...!

Wow, GetLoft! 5 Stars isn't even enough! Our office had to be completely cleared out for renovations - a task that I thought would be near impossible! Working with GetLoft from the very start was an extremely smooth, professional, timeously and fun experience! They truly care about what you need and they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the right information and answers to my queries. The team members were friendly, helpful and professional! GetLoft comes highly recommended! To receive this level of customer service in today's day and age is immaculate!

Get Loft storage is really a dream team, they helped me with moving and packing myself safely into their storage. I used their services for two months and we can an open communication throughout. Their staff is super super friendly and you always get a quick response from their office staff if you have any queries.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs storage. Definitely using this again should I need to and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Amazing service - been using it for about a year now, and always professional/ helpful/ responsive to every storage need I have. The pick-ups/ drop-offs have been effortless, and I'm extremely pleased with the service I have received from Get Loft. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
